Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Used or assembled garden furniture

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

Refunds
